Perky Africa Tours was founded by Allan Akugizibwe, widely known as Ark Allanz, with a simple yet meaningful mission: to help travelers discover the true beauty of Uganda through authentic, safe, and unforgettable experiences.
As a proud Ugandan with a deep appreciation for the country’s extraordinary wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and vibrant cultural heritage, Allan recognized that many visitors were searching for more than just a holiday.
